About Yannick Ragonneau
Yannick Ragonneau is the Cybersecurity Thematic Coordinator for the EU-funded ESIWA+ project, enhancing the European Union’s cooperation with Asia and the Indo-Pacific on security and defence. With more than 30 years of experience, he has advised governments, international organisations, and the private sector. He is actively engaged in fostering international cooperation and multi-stakeholder dialogue to counter cyber threats, notably online fraud and scams.
