About Vrinda Bhandari
Vrinda is a Rhodes Scholar, who graduated from the University of Oxford with a double Masters in Law and Public Policy, and received her undergraduate law degree from NLSIU Bangalore. She is a litigating lawyer in Delhi and specialises in the field of criminal law, digital rights, technology, and privacy. She has been involved in litigation challenging the constitutionality of the Aadhaar Act, internet shutdowns, the surveillance framework in India and has argued multiple cases under POCSO. Vrinda has also worked with UN Women on the problems of technology facilitated gender-based violence and cyber-security.
