About Rohit Kumar
Rohit is the co-founder of The Quantum Hub (TQH). TQH is a multi-sectoral public policy firm working across technology, telecom, sustainability, gender, and social inclusion. His expertise spans regulation of new business models and emerging issues in tech policy, including intermediary liability, speech regulation, and AI. An alumnus of Harvard Kennedy School and IIT Bombay, he previously served as Head of Policy & Research to Member of Parliament Mr. Baijayant ‘Jay’ Panda and worked at PRS Legislative Research, supporting MPs across parties on legislative matters.
