About Nick Dale
Nick served over two decades with West Midlands Police in the United Kingdom. For the past 10 years of his career, through multiple roles in investigation, local policing and intelligence, Nick consistently focused on organised exploitation, sexual exploitation, and county lines trafficking. Through this time, Nick led Operation Fort, the largest human trafficking investigation in UK history, and championed the use of data analytics tools to streamline intelligence and investigations in the fight against traffickers. In October 2024, Nick took on a new challenge outside policing, as Director of Intelligence for global human trafficking charity STOP THE TRAFFIK.
