She is currently the Director of Safety by Design at Match Group, the parent company of popular services like Tinder, Hinge, and many others, dedicated to helping people around the world build meaningful connections. Previously, Jordan has held trust and safety roles at Spotify, Twitter, and the U.S. National Center for Missing & Exploited Children. She has particular expertise in the areas of child safety, combatting scaled abuse, responsible AI, and safety by design.
