Communications and Information Technology Dr. Rabindra Narayan Behera, is a Lok Sabha MP and a member of the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Communications and Information Technology. Dr Behera is a technocrat-turned politician as he served as the Senior Director at the National Informatics Centre (NIC). He also holds a PhD in Artificial Intelligence.
