About Shipra Baduni
Shipra Baduni is the Chief Executive Officer of Young Leaders for Active Citizenship (YLAC), an organisation working to strengthen youth participation in democratic processes and public policy in India. With over a decade of experience in the development sector, she has worked extensively across youth leadership, civic engagement, gender equality, disability inclusion and digital citizenship. At YLAC, she leads the organisation's strategy, partnerships and programmes, working closely with governments, educational institutions and civil society to create meaningful opportunities for young people to engage with public institutions and influence policy.
