About Khushi Panda
Khushi is a Communications and Impact Associate at Rescue Foundation, one of India's longest-running anti-trafficking organisations, where she works to strengthen the systems that support survivors of trafficking. She joined as a volunteer and now works across communications, stakeholder engagement, fundraising, volunteer engagement, and the design and implementation of survivor-centred initiatives across the organisation's shelter homes. Her work combines on-ground experience with a focus on improving outcomes for survivors. Khushi holds a BSc in Psychological and Behavioural Science from the London School of Economics and Political Science, where her interdisciplinary work explored gender-based violence in India, public policy, behavioural science, data science and the social implications of emerging technologies. She is particularly interested in how technology, behaviour and institutional systems can be designed to advance safety, gender equity and survivor-centred responses to violence.
