Jc Le Toquin has a track record in establishing multistakeholder initiatives that strengthen digital safety and security through information sharing, policies and technology solutions, from the Trust & Safety Forum in Lille, France since 2022 to the Trust & Safety Festival, and in particular the annual Trust & Safety India Festival (TASI) in New Delhi since 2025.. A former president of INHOPE, the global network of frontline services against child sexual abuse material online, he co-founded Survivors & Technology Solving Image-Based Sexual Abuse (STISA). STISA works to equip survivor support helplines with the technology, resources, and connections they need to help adult survivors secure the removal of non-consensual intimate images and prevent further revictimisation. He is a former Director of the Digital Crimes Unit at Microsoft Europe Middle East & Africa.
